Things are moving along just great. It is so fun to go over there and see something new has happened.

Floor joists...getting ready to start framing
It is also an exciting time for my sister. Her house has officially started construction. They bought their lot 7 years ago, so this was a huge deal and such a happy surprise when she went by and saw the tractor there!
Here are D, B, L and CK in May, not long before the framing began, followed by the back fill.
When we got back from our vacation last weekend, we were so excited to go by the house and find that it was all framed. It really is so nice! We just can't stop looking at it.
